This service is suited to homeowners undertaking a renovation or new residential build who want a cohesive, considered outcome. Arc + Arlo provides full-service interior design, guiding each stage of the process from initial concept through to detailed selections and documentation.
Our work spans kitchen design, bathroom design, spatial planning and the selection of materials and fixtures, all approached with longevity, functionality and aesthetic clarity in mind. We work closely with builders and trades to ensure the design intent is carried through seamlessly.

01 Get to know you
Each project begins with an in-person initial consultation. We discuss your goals, style preferences and project requirements, before preparing a tailored project outline and personalised fee proposal.
02 Concept Development
During this phase, we develop a clear design direction using conceptual imagery, layout planning and spatial considerations to establish a personalised vision for your home.
03 Design Development
Building on the approved concept, we refine each space and document the final design through detailed drawings, selections schedules and 3D renders, ensuring every decision is considered and resolved.
04 Construction
We remain available during construction to liaise with your builder, architect and trades, providing clarification as required to ensure the design intent is realised.
05 Styling and Furniture Procurement
In this optional phase, we curate furniture, artwork and styling elements that complete the home and bring the design vision together. We manage the sourcing and procurement of selected pieces, ensuring each element is considered, cohesive and aligned with the overall design.

Each project begins with an in-person initial consultation, charged at $350 (inc. GST). From there, a tailored fee proposal is prepared based on the scope and requirements of your project.
Fees are calculated according to the estimated time required, informed by data from previous projects.
Due to the detailed and personalised nature of our work, minimum project fees may apply.
Furniture Selections and Styling
This service is designed for clients who want their home to feel finished, considered and cohesive. Whether following a renovation or new build, or refreshing an existing space, we curate furniture and styling selections that complement the architecture and interior design.
Our approach focuses on furniture, window furnishings, artwork, lighting and decorative elements, ensuring each piece contributes to a balanced and well-resolved outcome. Where required, we manage the sourcing and procurement of selected items, simplifying the process and ensuring consistency from concept through to completion.

2 Hour Interior Design Sessions
For clients seeking professional direction without full-service engagement, a 2-hour design session provides focused, strategic advice. These sessions are ideal for reviewing layouts, finishes, colour palettes or overall design direction.
Conducted via Zoom, this service offers clarity and reassurance, helping you move forward with confidence and avoid costly missteps.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are structured to make the most of the allocated time. You’re encouraged to come prepared with plans, images or specific questions so the session can be highly focused and productive.
This is a standalone advisory service and does not include drawings, schedules or ongoing design development.

2-hour interior design sessions are $550 (inc. GST) and are payable at the time of booking.
